Shipping and Returns 📦

Shipping: For Italy, shipping costs only €6.50 for orders up to €100; beyond that amount shipping is free! Throughout Europe it has a fixed cost of €14.99.

Right of Withdrawal: Satisfaction is guaranteed with Il Mexicano. You may return any item as long as it has never been used within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Contact us via email within the specified period to begin the returns process. Please note: the size exchange service is not always available as our products are often limited edition and therefore stocks are limited and once these products are sold out they will no longer be available; however, ask for availability for a size change and we will tell you whether we can accommodate you or not. For returns, please email ilmessicano.shopify@gmail.com with your details and order information. The returned product must be in original condition with all labels attached. Damaged or altered products are not refundable.

Stocks: Any additional costs caused by the storage of the package will be borne by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address or other reasons attributable to the customer, payment of a deposit may be required before collecting the package.
